students and researches from companies and universities

You will learn how to design your own Microsystem, e.g.
silicon pressure sensors, gas sensors, accelerometers,
flow sensors or optical systems in SensoNor technology
and receive your own micromachinedn chip in 6 months.

with hands-on knowledge of SensoNor MPW.
