Semiconducting superlattices: properties, application
The fundamentals of the theory, electronic and optical properties of semiconducting superlattices are stated in this manual.
The classification of superlattices is indicated. The various types of semiconducting superlattices are considered.
The greatest attention is given to superlattices like HgTe-CdTe. The parameters of the легированных and composite
superlattices are considered. The problems of creation of optoelectronic devices on the basis of semiconducting superlattices
are discussed.
The manual is intended for the students of specialities: "Microsystem engineering" (201900) and "Electronic devices and
systems" (200300). It can be used by them for studying disciplines "Components of microsystem engineering",
"Physical basis of electronic engineering", "Solid-state devices and systems", and also for the fulfillment of the course
and degree projects. The manual can be useful for the students of other specialities. Tab. are absent, Fig. 18, Bibl. 21.
It is published according to a solution of the Publishing Council of the Moscow State Institute of Radioengineering,
Electronics and Automation (Technical University).
